1. The Art of 3D Printing (Product Disclaimer)

Each Laampu is exclusively 3D-printed in-house. Because we use FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology:

• Unique Signatures: Minor surface textures, visible layer lines, and slight variations are inherent to the process. These are not defects but a signature of additive manufacturing.
• Color Accuracy: While we strive for photographic accuracy, actual filament colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and material batches.

2. Safety & Proper Use

• Heat Sensitivity: 3D-printed materials (typically PLA/PETG) have specific heat tolerances. We strictly recommend using LED bulbs only (low heat). Use of traditional incandescent bulbs may damage the lamp and voids any implied warranty.
• Indoor Use: Unless specified otherwise, our lamps are designed for indoor use in dry environments.

3. Intellectual Property & Attribution

• Original Designs: The Laampu brand, logo, and custom designs are the property of Extrude 3D.
• Open Source: For products based on open-source models, we honor all Creative Commons licenses and provide digital or physical attribution to the original designers where required.

4. Shipping & Returns

• Lead Times: As each piece is printed to order, please allow the specified lead time for production.
• Returns: Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind." However, if your Laampu arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging.

5. Limitation of Liability

Extrude 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
